Sarvodaya Special School in Puttur Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka, India, has been providing specialized education for 50 disabled children since 2014. The school uses tailored curricula and support services to foster the academic, social, and emotional growth of its students. Funding from BASAID will help maintain high standards by upgrading facilities, training staff, and providing learning materials. While the total budget requested is 17,400 CHF, with a local contribution of 1,947 CHF, BASAID will partially fund the project with 2,600 CHF dedicated to learning materials. This support will ensure the continued education of disabled children.
