Diagnostic Equipment for Pediatric Outpatient Clinic, India

Child Health Care Heidi (CHCH) is a politically and denominationally independent, non-profit organisation which supports health projects for children, adolescents and young adults in India. Their pediatric outpatient clinic, Heidi, was opened in August 2021 in the village of Godaribili, Dhenkanal District in the state of Odisha. The clinic is in a tribal area with a general lack of health care and treats children with acute and chronic medical problems and aims to reduce morbidity and disability in this area.
BASAID will support CHCH by funding the expansion of the diagnostic capabilities of the clinic with a small lab and a mobile ultrasound device. More than 500 families with children will benefit from being diagnosed properly.
