Herdis House is a vocational school for poor children where they can learn within three years how to sew in order to make a living and hopefully an independent life. This year the school has 37 students from 13-20 years. With that project we will renew the furniture in the dormitories (beds, mattresses, chests of drawers) to allow scholars who live too far away to stay overnight (avoiding the danger of rapes, many of the pupils are girls/young women). In addition, this will ensure the regular attendance at the school.
