BASAID was present with a stand at the Family-day of Syngenta 2011 in Rosental. The Group Subcontinent presented their actual projects on posters. Some of the projectleaders were present to provide more detailed information on their project or regarding the activities of BASAID worlwide. Children were attracted by a "fishing-game" that required concentration and firm hands. Their efforts were compensated by a Jo-Jo as give avay. The very succesful Agro-forestal project in Matam (Sénégal), to which BASAID contributed twice was presented in a PP-show.

The steering comittee decided to prioritize projects initialized by covorkers of Novartis-Japan.
